65th annual East LA Mexican Independence parade and festival

On September 10th, Circle K and Wrigley partnered with American Red Cross to attend the 65th annual East LA Mexican Independence parade and festival. The organizers anticipated over 500,000 people attending the parade and 100,000 people attending the festival. Several city officials were in attendance including Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. The Mayor of Mexico City, Marcelo Ebrard also participated. Wrigley passed out Circle K specific coupons and flyers informing parade attendees to come back to visit our booths and stores. It was a wonderful day full of celebrating and festivities.
